A DISCUSSION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER IMPEACHMENT AND TRIAL: FOR PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP

Questions of legitimacy for Donald J. Trump as President of the United States of America

We shall begin this serious crisis of governance in our democracy with a list of the rules and guidance to make clarification provided for us by our founding fathers in the document we live by in America: the U.S. Constitution.

I have picked clauses from the Articles that strike me as pertaining to the question at hand. The Chief Executive of our Government has always, for my peace of mind, provided the necessary balance in our three-branch [Legislative, Supreme Court, and Executive] in a fulcrum role of enforcement for the Laws intellectually debated and fully vetted in the clear purpose of imagined, real, and perceived dangers to be resolved for “We the People….” to favor and protect their ‘common good’.

Constitution of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:

Preamble

We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Article I Legislative Powers…granted to the Congress

Section 1. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress

of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of

Representatives.

Section 2. The House of Representatives …shall have the sole Power of

Impeachment.

Section 3. The Senate…Vice President of the United States shall be President

of the Senate, but have no vote unless they[the members]be

equally divided.

The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.

When the President of the United States is tried, the chief Justice

shall preside: and no Person shall be convicted without the

Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present

Judgments in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further

than removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy

any office of Honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but

the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to

Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.

Section 8. …to pay the Debts and provide for the common defense and

general welfare … ;

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the

several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

[eg. coinage, counterfeit punishment, Post offices, Standards of

weights and measures; Progress of Science and useful Arts,

Authors and Inventors rights in patents and copyrights, Piracies

and Felonies on High Seas and offenses against the Law of

Nations, to constitute Tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court.]

To Declare War

To raise and support Armies…a navy…to make rules for governing

and regulating land and navy Forces [Nuclear Forces to be added

as Fourth Branch of Government for 21^st century technological

advances control EL]

To provide for …the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union,

suppress Insurrections and repel invasions [refer to Bill of Rights

2^nd Amendment and U.S. Constitution, Article 1, section 10]

To provide for the organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia

…Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United

States [Militia Federalizing]…

Section 9. The Migration or Importation of such Persons.. the states now

existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited…

The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be

suspended…unless when in Cases of Rebellion or invasion

the public Safety may require it.

Money shall be published from time to time. [now Federal

Reserve controlled]

No person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them

shall, without the Consent of Congress, accept of any

present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever,

from any King, Prince, or Foreign State. [Emolument clause]

Section 10. No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation;

[Southern States anti-constitutional rebellion 19^th cent.

American Civil War ca. 1861-1865]

No State shall, without the consent of CONGRESS, …keep Troops,

or Ships of War in time of Peace…or engage in War, unless

actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit

of delay.

Article II Executive

Section 1. The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. In case of the removal, Resignation, or inability to discharge the powers and duties of the paid office.

Section 2. The president shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia Service of the United States… and he shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States; except in cases of Impeachment.

Section 4. The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on Impeachment for and conviction of, Treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

Article III Supreme Court

Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them or in adhering to their enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court. The congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of Treason shall work corruption of blood, or Forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.

Article IV Faith and Credit

Section 2. No person held to service or labor in one State, under the laws there of, escaping into another, shall in Consequence of any law or regulation therein, be discharged from such service or labor, but shall be delivered up on claim of the party to whom such service or labor may be dire. (slave article ambivalence)

Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every state of this union a Republican Form of Government and shall protect each of them against

Invasion; … against domestic Violence.

After examination of the institutionalized rules and laws, the constitution retains a blueprint for future technological advancement to be wielded by senators and representatives of conscience. It is very obvious that depth and wisdom of our representatives in the management of State affairs must be attended to by the citizenry of “We The People” without due diligence these transforming advances of mechanical invention will overtake the mind of man.

Citizenship in the Land of Trump is now in the vise of unthinking idiocracy. Where are the educated citizens numbering in the millions exercising their right to vote? We are missing at least 150 million citizens as they practice their “right” to avoid their ‘god given right and privilege’. But, they still exercise their right to whine and criticize without participation or appreciation of the nation’s blood and sacrifice for their “rights”. [“Get your god-damn hands off of my Medicare!”] One cannot give integrity to this style of governmental responsibility adopted by so many in our apathetic country.

Authoritarian governmental structures are built in an incremental creep of “falsehoods.” I am speaking of the ‘lie’ that cannot be refuted. This lie being so exaggerated that the masses through their faculties of “good sense” cannot find fault with facts so outrageously presented as true. They are overtaken by a newspeak wave, which has been created in an alien universe of strangeness. The universe of opposites confuses just enough to destroy the ‘rational mind’. Time is shrunk to infinitesimal degrees just long enough to have “alternate facts” sneak through in a haze of truthful – hyperbole, or as in Trumpspeak; the perversion fashioned of an ‘alternate reality’ of opposites to deceive.

This reality is given the authority of an invisible Godhead and millions of infected human beings are given permission to exact acts of brutality and murder in a “Patriotic” defense of the State. The natural order of the human social contract for survival or suicide is superseded for “group” control dementia. Non-thinking is encouraged and the word intelligent or intelligentsia is excised from the nomenclature, to be a ‘thinking’ human being then becomes an “Enemy of the State.”

In the incremental creep, Hitlerian societies prioritize a campaign of demonization of all intellectuals in a sweeping anti-intellectual surge, a tsunami of false news, false flag events manufactured by the levers of powerful governmental forces with one target in mind: ‘We the People” chaos.¹

Their eventual goal is the delegitimizing of the Constitution, which has stood as an intellectual bulwark against predatory corporate, military weapons peddlers, religions and foreign interlopers in the affairs of our democracy.² They seek nothing less than the disintegration of the 1789 U.S. Constitution to be repealed and replaced. The replacement is a new Constitutional document of Trumpian design with theocratic flourishes and laws of non-inclusiveness. It is institutionalizing laws of the Trump Land Authority with the power to incarcerate any who oppose its imperial rule domestic and foreign. A civil society will cease to exist. The concentration camps will become the common reality for “law and order” help in the control of the masses for New World Order enforcement and ‘normalize’ laws of the old southern confederacy especially as a new economic order including slave labor provisions.³

The World Empire of Trump will be subject to multiple rebellions. The heretics will be executed and used to propagandize the illusion of a growing intellectual artist class of hated personalities who are “enemy zealots” condemned to be exterminated.

These points of irrationality in logic will provide authority for the military nuclear complex’s world-wide net exercises of threatening violence. This will keep the muscled drug, fanatical armies in compliance for Trumpspeak propaganda in their planned Blitzkrieg demonstrations of force. The nuclear triad will be expanded to a quartet. Its added arm will be specifically for ‘crowd control’. The form of control to be used for nuclear testing and dissemination of miniature nuclear devices among the domestic population territories with occasional demonstrations of nuclear incineration of innocent children, women and slaves. The lie, a newspeak endorsement for eminent domain with special flourishes of dire circumstances, was told as a reality for occupation of foreign territories using nuclear technology.⁴ These methods are propagandized to create the illusion of safety for the domestic population with Alt-right fascist bellicose bullying – a saber rattling show of ‘extermination’ threats, with the crowd mantra “America is the greatest – U.S.A.! U.S.A.! “ for those non-compliant foreign populations beyond the borders of the U.S. homeland, when, in fact, it is the totalitarian master’s greatest fear of domestic insurrection which perpetuates an unending demonstration of nuclear horror on the brain washed millions within the borders of the United States in an equilibrium of citizen-slave fantasy for all “We the People…” This was the expressed language machinery implemented by the Trumpian sycophants as Trumpspeak (my description) turning truth into lies and lies into Trumpian Truth.

These prophetic visions begin with incremental steps of cruelty.⁵ They blossom into the next generation of death camps for a depraved science perverted in its pathology for the abused childhood victims to satisfy the perversions and death fascination of the murderers’ curiosity for the secrets of immortality.

The details of this monstrous genocide to murder billions will take forms only imagined in the demented brains of abused victims of extreme brutality by parent victims of generational brutality passed from parents to parents. ⁶

This cycle of brutality on the children of the world, among all religious customs for law and order within the group traditions making terms with the primal paradox, have left the children without protection from their most trusted “loving parents.” ⁷ They are left to a crushing vulnerability on a lower rung of humane concern for the welfare of their innocent bodies and spirits. This is liquidation of the innocents, women and children; an act of revenge by sociopathic psychopaths in their homicidal trance state rage, beyond the grasp of rational mind comprehension.

As we view this period of Trumpism in a slow motion suspension of disbelief, we wait for the forces of this irrationality to overwhelm the field of action, which seems to be rapidly shrinking smaller and smaller. Our electronic mechanistic alternative reality has provoked a humanistic retreat for people of compassion and conscience to find a corner of their mental sanity, holding on to a disciplined focus, which is the conventional principles of morality and ethics for truth and the American way. There we huddle and wait for the growing forces of extinction to liquidate the dreams of freedom and liberty brought forth by our forefathers and mothers.

On the surface of this perversion, bubbles an intellectual sphere of an awakening recognition to the creeping forces of monstrosities breeding “its all so frustrating, demoralizing” [Spicer quote at the podium] themes in ignorance of the Bill of Rights first amendment, to encourage a person by person demonization of the Free Press as a “dishonest press” by Trumpis himself in speeches and Tweets. Trumpspeak is a deliberate war of words to institute the unreality of “ Alternate Facts” which authoritarian governments typically define as the truth in the plainspeak of “popularism” and we define as its opposite [newspeak], what it really is – the “Big Lie.” This regime of false news emanating from the Trumpian government are the 20^th century Orwellian concepts of totalitarian newspeak updated and expressed in exposure of totalitarian destruction of liberty by George Orwell’s novel 1984, which erase the lines between fantasy, truth, fact, mythology, and criminality, etc.

Trumpism puts the rational mind into a mode of schizophrenic psychosis rendering temporary paralysis to the mind’s thinking apparatus, which in turn, protects an infected individual from a complete nervous melt-down in reaction to mass brainwashing techniques. The human circuits of intuition and learned intellectual logic stores are overwhelmed. Our natural gifts fall victim to a simple “trickster” illusion for massive psychological dementia – the trance techniques perfected through ‘mystification madness’ to leap the chasm between rational sanity to a euphoric high of manic insanity.

The resistance to this mind bending control by ‘thinking’ humans is inevitable in the 21th century electronic internet communication of competing, propagandizing entities mudding the pure waters of truthful inquiry. With the destruction of a ground bass of verifiable facts and peer-reviewed research results, Trumpian philosophy and politics have eroded trust in democratic processes leaving the Empire in the greatest danger it has ever had to navigate in this nuclear era.

We are in possession of a planet killing technology, which is moving at enormous speeds. These speeds present us with an exceptionally extraordinary moment of apocalyptic danger and bring us back to a recognition of the great democracy’s fatal FLAW.

To watch the Executive, Congress, and Courts of Justice in a checkmate by ONE man at the top of the pyramid, holding the “Biscuit”, is the most absurd species terror we have experienced in the long 2 million year history of man’s saga of evolution. We are faced with the whims of a child in a fit of vengeful insanity. Donnie Trump is an irrationally insane Being primed for a demonstration of his god-like delusion. That demonstration will be ignited in a child’s raging tantrum on the entire planet’s eco-system, devouring all of its life-giving gifts for animate and inanimate beings.

OUR insanity is the absurd flaw of our investiture in one human being – the President’s responsibility for technological planet-killing power. The speed of action in case of human error, mental or physical incapacity will require the most serious plan of action in the speed of our marshal art Lewisonian Tai Chi. The problem will be that shrunken field of action and time. With Trumpis in possession of the ‘biscuit’ to ‘football’ electronics 24 hours every day; how do we intercede to EV the tantrum which Trumpis, in his mentally deficient state of mind, will leach out into the electronic circuits as an Armageddon to satisfy his rage for the parental abuse and betrayal of withdrawn parental love in his childhood?

The timing of removal and replacement of a mentally impaired President chief executive officer connected intimately with 20,000 nuclear devices targeted on hair trigger alert, has never presented itself with such clarity in the Nuclear Age.⁸ So, there is no precedent or blueprint, as far as I know, to cope with the scenario we are now faced with. It is clear that at the correct moment Trumpis must be separated from his love affair with ‘biscuit’. All seems to point to Trump’s family extension members. Their moment of epiphany is approaching and the battle for ‘Biscuit’ is being set in these early days of infighting at the White House. Is it possible that the Kushner/Ivanka move to remain in physical proximity to Donald Trump with this ‘scenario’ absorbing a serious portion of their thinking? His closest, trusted family members are all guardians of their own children and Trump’s own grandchildren [The Obamas down the street in D.C. may be part of an emergency plan]. With some optimism that reasonable thought still has a place in the affairs of human consciousness; there must be a conspiratorial plan of chamber principle intensity within the tightly guarded family circle, drawn up for the inevitable nervous breakdown of the decompensating U.S. President, Donald J. Trump.

His separation from the most explosive power violence on earth residing in our nation-state⁹ with rational, restrictive and prohibitive controls for its ultimate use, wrested from the irrationally insane one-dimensional leaders now in power, will lead to a ‘normalcy’ through constitutional means of checks and balances. “Draining the swamp” may have to include incarceration of the fanatical military and religious creatures brought into Trump’s orbit as his sycophants. Their tentacles will have attached rather deeply penetrating with a sucking sound the body politic of the republic. It will take many years of vigilance, patience, and perseverance to effect extraction of their fascistic “virtue of selfishness” for the desired restoration of the “common good”. ¹⁰ This action will, unfortunately, be the 2^nd American Civil War iteration of our 19^th century catastrophe played out again in future shocked 2020 – 2030.
